My name is Matthew Sloane. I’m a consultant, facilitator, coach, and author whose mission is to give voice to his inner world and help others do the same.

I partner with leaders of small, purpose-driven organizations to bring their people into alignment with a co-created, authentic brand positioning strategy that leads to more sales.


My niche — supporting brand strategy & organizational alignment after the departure of a charismatic leader who held the company vision.

A charismatic leader that holds the voice and soul of the organization is like a solitary fire tender.

When they have departed, it's as if the embers of this spiritual fire are now scattered and the collective must pick up the embers one by one and put them back so that they are the new caretakers of the fire.
