A strong community inspires participation from everyone.

Do you know how the boys & men in your community want to be included? If you did, how might that understanding help create spaces where they regain their ability to show up more fully—as fathers, partners, neighbors, and contributors?

Guys who live near downtown Milwaukie, OR, can drop into the 'Men's Fire Circle' I facilitate at SaunaGlo, a local sauna & cold plunge therapy center (bring a bathing suit, water bottle, towel, and be prepared to feel better in your own skin).

I’ve facilitated gatherings where men have reported things like:

“Sharing honestly with other men without being judged or fixed gives me a real sense of relief and confidence.”

“I now approach my relationships—at home, at work, in my friendships—with more openness and care.”

"Being seen and hearing others be seen reminds me that I’m not alone, and that my presence in my community matters.”

This has been my journey too.

For years, I struggled to trust other men, feeling the need to armor up and protect myself. In that effort, I limited my own capacity for authentic power—reaching for control out of fear instead of connection rooted in compassion.

Creating intentional, relational spaces changes that. When men gather with mutual respect, reflection, and non-judgmental support, they often discover the capacity to show up more fully in the rest of their lives.

Bringing Men Together for the Greater Whole

Men (and boys) are diverse. In any community, they bring different experiences, expectations, and needs. Some may benefit most from male-only circles, others from mixed-gender opportunities—men need to choose what works best for them.

What matters is honoring the truth of your community, the history it carries, and the possibilities it holds.

My approach is to inquire, explore, and co-create these spaces with care—so the solutions are emergent, human-centered, and grounded in shared wisdom, not imposed from the outside.
